Dear all newbies who may be wondering what we do for

shaktipat.

We usually start day one by doing the 1st tibetan

only, three times daily.

With the compression prayer, perhaps breathing into

the base chakra also.

Then each day we add the next tibetan , until by the

fifth day we are doing all five tibetans, 3x daily,

for the 6th day and 7th day we do all 5 3x daily.

Maybe chrism will alter or add something... I don't

know about that, but this is how it usually goes.

Lots of love and good wishes , many blessings

I'll just add I believe we reflect on the qualities of the chakra we

are on on the corresponding day. So day 1, the root chakra, the

colour red. Survival, health, and more??... Who has a complete list

of the chakras and their corresponding atributes?

I'm on a sweet potato and carrot high. Have a wonderful Shaktipat

everyone!

So to be sure that I understand, assuming that we normally do these 21 times

each, this would be 3 sets of 21?

Thanks

Paul

Yes if you are doing 21 Paul, but not right after another. At another

time of the day or night. Same with the chakra breathing and

meditations. To make it easier I would group it in three seperate

sessions. Such as The Tibetans, the meditations, the breathing = one

session. Or what combination you enjoy.

Do your best Paul. I know that this isnt the easiest thing to ask of

people. So what you can do is what you can do - no worries! -
