Guest guest
Hello Everybody! I have been pretty busy catching up on my reading material. I utilize our local libraries Interlibrary Loan System to order hard to get books from other lending libraries. I can only keep checked out books for a certain amount of time before I have to return them. I finished the last book yesterday evening. This morning I woke up around 4 AM with extreme body itching again, especially along the spine. You know that hard to reach place back there. These last few days I have been experiencing the itching effect throught the day and some nights but nothing that was unmanageable or nerve racking. This morning was different as I could not scratch enough to achieve calmness. While asleep I was seeing inner space(the black void) and seeing it differently than I had before. This time I was seeing it with GRID outlines turning to different colors but the most prominent color was RED in all directions as in 3D style. I do not know the meaning of this or why I was shown this. I find I see differently than most peoples reality. I don't always see what is just in front of me or what I want to see. I do not try to control it--I acknowledge it and let it be. I have been reading everyones postings and find all very helpful and full of LOVE and Support. I know, I am a quiet one! But I do enjoy hearing from everyone, even if I am on the sideline. I do need some help with this I know. Most times when something comes to mind--as karma has it--somebody else just wrote about it. Interesting how that always happens. I get a chuckle when this happens. I acknowledge this is my biggest fear to date that I know of. I fear writing something that may offend someone or hurt someone. I just can't bare that so I hold things in. My heart just aches for everyone and this feeling of unconditional love(blissful) overwhelms me as I want to share with everyone. I am so anxious to experience shaktipat. Something that I have desired for so long. Just knowing we have the full confidence in Chris and our K that we will have the love and support makes this easier for me and for others I suppose. Wishing you all a 'Happy Shaktipat'. Thank You and much L O V E, DenDen
Guest guest
Yes Hello Den Den, Nice to read you! You are being shown the progress of your Kundalini thus far. The itching is another aspect of this, a form of " seeing with tactile vision " . The olive oil massage may help this as it is good for many of the tactile based topical pains and sensations that the K can bring. If you can cover yourself with salt water as from the ocean this may also be helpful or a body of water with a high Saline content. More than once. Keep your tongue and eyes and fingers locked. Have some watermelon as the selenium content and the percentages of sugars and other nutrients in the watermelon serve those inside an early activation very well. Stay hydrated and happy. No fears about hurting another. Part of the process is being able to speak your truths as they come to you. Communication laced with love and consideration is typically a safe venue. Its good to read you Den Den. The love will continue to flow my friend. Open to it and respond to it and give of it to others. The two that are one and the one that is two are changing you from the inside out. Surrender with love. Feel the gentle caress of thier familiar embrace. They are the you that is in the becoming. -
Guest guest
DenDen I so enjoyed reading your post, your beauty has touched me. Theres no harm in being quiet my friend, you are you, wonderful and warm. Dont be afraid of hurting anyone, you wont, you will find your posts reflect anothers question a lot as you have noticed, theres a lot of syncronocities and i believe the K works us for the good of all here. You spoke of the itching, this has been happening me too, outbreaks, so itchy they become painful. The other night while i was meditating i got bad itching on my forehead, lost my concentration as it was so annoying,i found a little solution, i felt compelled to wet my fingers inside my mouth and wet the area on my forehead where the itch was, i have to say, i was amazed at what happened, the area seemed to cool straight away and i felt like there was a hand on the side of my head, i slipped back into my med and the feeling of pressure stayed there for the whole time, but i didnt itch. I think its great how you are getting on, good for you! love Karen
Guest guest
Hi DenDen, I'm glad you wrote this because I think were very much the same. I don't post as much as I think I should either, not out of lack of compassion or sharing but a hesitancy to say the wrong thing. Maybe I think that I'll be seen as patronizing instead of sharing something that works for me. Part of this comes from a lifetime spent resisting the urge to push my ideas and beliefs on others. Also I'd have to say that writing is about 4th on my list of preferred ways to communicate after music, art and talking. I'm practically irrepressible around my friends when it comes to saying whats on my mind. Too much sometimes! However when it comes to writing to those who don't know me so well I worry about being misunderstood and my writing becomes plodding and calculated. It loses Shakti. :-) Anyway, I'm going to try to write more without worrying about it. For some it comes easier than others. To quote Steve Martin: " Some people have a way with words, Some no have way " Take care and keep doing what you're doing, Peace, g. p.s. It took me about half an hour to write that. > I have been reading everyones postings and find all very helpful and > full of LOVE and Support. I know, I am a quiet one! Guest guest
Please Gary, keep posting!! You should know by now that this is a very supportive group. I know what you mean about being misunderstood, it is an easy thing to happen when typing messages. This is a very understanding and forgiving bunch though. Please share with us, it is what makes this group so terrific! Guest guest
DenDen & Gary-- You are not alone in your anxiety about communicating. I seem to have issues with that as well. I once worked at one place where I was demonized for my opinions, and eventually was driven out of the small community where I lived. The next job I said absolutely nothing, almost to the point of seeming odd, and the woman didn't like me. She would tell my boss in front of me how inefficient, incompetent, etc. I was. Not a great experience, and I think it was karma in some way. Nonetheless it makes for difficulties communicating. So don't worry. Be happy. Peace, Shankari Kali

Guest guest
I know how maddening itching can be. My legs were itching like heck and no amount of lotion would make it go away. Maybe you should try some mint or eucalyptus lotion as it helps to cool the skin and you can't feel the itch so much. I only dreamed about a grid and I was jumping from grid to grid. I hope you get rid of the crazy itching soon. If doesn't last forever. Love,Nicole
