Guest guest
Ok, Im a little mixed up, this is what i think we should be doing, is it correct Safeties as usual, every day. Meditation as usual but meditation is focused on the quality of the chakra. Chakra breathing each day but not sure if im only to concentrate on the one we are doing that day or all of them. Tibetans : Day 1 = 1st tibetan ,3 times daily and so forth until day 5 Day 6: All Tibetans together : How many times a day? Day 7 : Not sure here but said he was doing something different here. Does that sound right? Good luck everyone. lots of love Karen
Guest guest
Yes Karen safeties as usual. Tongue up, Eyes up, fingers locked. The compression prayer and or the alternate nostril breathing, as you would normally do. The new addition is wearing the chakra color that we are working on that day. Go to http://www.kundaliniawakeningseminars.com then to the " How it works " section and press or click the cursor over the chakras as shown on that body and the chakra color will light up. Those are the colors. The first day is RED. Do the Tibetan of the day, three times that day, in separate sessions. So for the first day spin as much as you usually do in three separate sessions. So 3 times that day and it is cumulative as we progress. So the next day the first and second Tibetan x three for that day. Yes meditation on the chakra that is being focused on that day. This is also cumulative. Chakra breathing is the same start out at the first chakra on the first day and continue cumulatively onward as we progress. Day 6 is all of the Tibetans and all of the chakras breathed three times that day. Three separate sessions for all these exercises. Though for the safeties it is as usual. Day 7 is for Divinity. You open for the divine. You surrender to the divine. " You " will step aside and God will step inside.
Guest guest
Chrism, to clairify, " for the Tibetan of the day, three times that day in separate sessions " ... If I do 21 spins a day, then I would do 7 spins first session, 7 second session and 7 third session for a total of 21 spins....OR...I would do 21 spins 1st session, 21 spins second session and 21 spins third session? And for the chakra breathing, is that 18 times per chakra? Thanks, Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > Yes Karen safeties as usual. > Tongue up, Eyes up, fingers locked. > The compression prayer and or the alternate nostril > breathing, as > you would normally do.
