Violet/Blue Spiral--

Thank you ever so much my dear friend Chrism! What a beautiful experience that

was and I look forward to more that will come! All is doing well with me! The

pains for the most part have subsided! I will continue to work on the areas that

need it! The yoga class has helped tremendously and I am very happy to say that

I can do all of the asanas so far. The ones I seem to have some problems with

are the ones for balancing i.e. the tree posture. I can move into the balancing

asanas, but cannot at this time maintain my hold for more than a few seconds,

but I rest assure I will be able to do them soon as I recognize the building of

strength is in progress and I have bettered with each attempt.

I am taking advantage of the beach and recognize that with each visit they seem

different. I am becoming one with the ocean that I once feared. It is remarkable

how ones perspectives change when you let go and surrender moving the 'Ego'

aside.

Now when I go out to run errands, I do it with the intent to radiate my energy,

love, and compassion for mankind to all who come in contact with me and allow

them to take in what they need. I find an outstanding difference in the

attitudes of people I come in contact with and it seems to draw those who have

loving and caring souls into my surroundings and sometimes directly to me. I

only hope to make a BIG difference in the lives of others through my own actions
