Dream of a Wing of a Grand Stately Home and Old Boyfriend

Woke with a monster sinus headache today. Not even very hungry. I had

this dream just before waking and thought it might have interesting

implications that were relevant here. I've also posted it on Sarita's

dream site just to see what they think there.

 

Here's the dream:

I'm dreaming of my first love in college. I often dream of him and

it's always so pleasant. I think he's one person from my long ago

past I truly miss. I've come to visit him at his home. As usual, his

big family is there, Mom, Sisters, little brothers. All chatting

away, I don't understand what they are saying because they speak a

foreign language (they were not US born) but it's lively and happy. A

celebratory feast is in the final stages of being prepared. The

smells are HEAVENLY! I can't wait to try it all. My friend, H., is

buzzing around doing so much. I see him in the kitchen briefly. He

flashes me a silent, apologetic smile then goes out in the back yard

to a shed for something. I just wait patiently. While he's out back

and his Mom and sisters chat and laugh loudly in the dining room, I

look around his house. It goes in a straight line and connects to a

wealthy man's mansion, so it's like a wing of this great estate. I go

through the living room, through his bedroom and the door on the

other side is open to a lovely sitting room, the beginning of the

estate home. A marble fireplace faces me with a pretty gilded wooden

mantel clock ticking on it. Some pretty do-dads on either side. A

wing-back chair on the left, a book left open across one arm. It's

only a sample of the luxury of the home beyond. I've been watching

Brideshead Revisited, the BBC series of old and it takes place

largely in a grand old stately home and it makes me think of this.

After that sitting room, I don't know what it was like, I

didn't venture beyond that. But I knew it went on and on and

that it was really grand, posh, luxurious, beautiful.

 

I was called to sit down to eat so turned to go, looking forward to

being able to talk to my boyfriend finally and that's when I woke.

 

Since I know that rooms in a house represent parts of the body or

consciousness, I just wanted to see what everyone thought of this.

Was I given a glimpse of where I'm going? What I'm aiming for or

coming up to? What does the chatty family mean? My old boyfriend? I

thought it was interesting that the housing arrangement was in a

straight line and you could look from the kitchen right down the way

to the sitting room in the mansion.

 

Thoughts, please?

OOPS! Unfortunatley, the little diagram I drew got skewed in the

sending. Hope you can make sense of it that it was like a T with my

friend's living part being the main thing you see and the connection to

the mansion was on the right. Phooey! I worked so hard to get it right.

Oh, that's cool. Thanks, Chrism. Perhaps I am looking at where I'm

going in some sense. Or K is. I hope... smile!

 

Aaaa....don't know about the luxurious body but it's good for a laugh!

Well, what thought struck me was that the spine is a

straight line, and the chakra's all go up the spine,

opening up through the crown chakra (the mansion

perhaps?)

The old flame a symbol of love and innocence, the

family members giving you support and celebrating with

a feast as you are about to move upwards.

A very positive dream speaking of new growth into your

higher self/crown chakra
