Hi All,

I thought I'd share an something I've been trying.

After processing anger and coming to a state of forgiveness to others

and yourself, surrender the results and anything left unprocessed as

an offering to Shakti or the Deity that resonates with you the most.

Not out of guilt nor asking for forgiveness but as a gift.

You may find this helps if it resonates with you, or not.

Peace,

g.

Hey, I like that! Nice Gary. I think I am going to give that a try.

I have been very successful in my forgiveness but there are a few

issues that I am having great difficulty with.

Thanks Sarita,

It wasn't my idea :-)

In Mahayana Buddhism at the end of meditation they tell you to offer

any positive results of your practice to the benefit of all sentient

beings that they may be free from suffering and attain enlightenment.

This reminds you to be compassionate and also reminds you that you

aren't pursuing Buddhahood for yourself alone.

In the Hindu tradition one of my teachers says " Offering everything,

pure and impure, is the best and quickest way to develop spiritually.

If you offer everything to the Divine, the Divine will accept and

change it, even the worst things. It is not what you offer but THAT

you offer which is important. Offer everything, and you will acquire

the habit of thinking always about God. THAT will change you. "

Peace,

g.

Dear G,

I use this technique, it works tremendously well.

I see myself giving it as a gift wrapped parcel, I

kneel on my two knees and offer it in my hands upwards

whilst bowing my head down and say " I offer this

unforgiveness/anger to you now as a gift Shakti " .

It really is wonderful,

thanks again,

love Elektra x x x

Wow Electra, that's so close to what I had in mind.

Nice clear visualization too, I'll try it.

Thanks for the confirmation!
