For the Shaktipat to be absorbed as much as possible your sleep is

necessary. In the sleep state you are opened to this more so than when

you are awake. So sleep and be well rested. Dreams may come that will

communicate with you. Please write them down so keep a pen and paper

near the bed. -

If I get done with the essays before that time, I will sleep. Not sure

how long it will take me though. Wish me luck.

But you're two hours behind my time, so I'm sure I'll be in bed by

I actually went to bed very early for me, 11pm. The moment I laid down

was when my lower back

started to shoot off pain. I couldn't find a comfortable position, so I

tossed and turned. I finally managed to

fall asleep here and there. I dozed off and I heard creaks on the floor

as if someone was walking towards me. I was unable to open my eyes and

had temporary paralysis, but I shake those off and opened my eyes to see

nothing.

I went off again to sleep to be awoken by my right calf that appeared to

be going through some type of electrocution :o My whole body felt an

absorption but my calf hit an open circuit, hehehe. It didn't hurt and I

shook it off and went back to sleep. My lower back is still angry and I

will be doing my Hatha Yoga shortly including the Tibetans. Yes, my

dream world was very active last night. I couldn't recall like I usually

do since I was awoken by my 5 yr old who wanted to play.

I thought I would share. ~ Gonna take a nap today and catch up on missed

sleep though! :)

Lisa, sorry you didn't sleep well, but happy you were able to have a productive

dream state! What wonderful news! Maybe tonight you will be able to remember

your dreams! Wonderful experiences you had! Great experiences you had. I look
