Chrism, I did go to sleep late about 1:30 I suppose because I was talking to

Elektra. After I went to sleep my son work me around 3:00 because he had a

rather intense headache which was making him nauseated. I was up for a long

while with him until it subsided then went back to sleep and work up around

10:00. So does this mean I may not have absorbed very much of the Shaktipat?
