CC's first day

I feel really great today. nice warm (not hot) tingly feeling all

over.

 

I went to bed before my normal time last night and had to listen to a

couple of meditation tapes to get relaxed enough. Toward the end my

mind was still aware and my body was in sleep paralysis. I had the

senstaion of being enveloped in a cocoon. It felt like my legs medded

together and became like one leg. It reminded me of my mermaid OBE

where I had the sensation of a fish tail. I stayed that way for a

good 10 to 15 minutes. It felt really good.

 

During meditation, I was reminded of a mandala book I got last year

for Mothere's Day. It has a mandala for all the chakras for you to

color. I had not done any of them yet except the 6th chakra last

year. It was a good experience to color and meditate upon it whole

while. I am going to do that today for the root chakra. If anyone

would like to have a copy to do, I can scan and send it to you my e-

mail. Let me know by e-mail.

 

My cat woke me up about 5:20 am this morning 20 minutes after

Shaktipat was given my time. I was feeling a little warm up my back,

but that was all. I put the cat out and went back to bed and slept

until 10:00. I did have a little trouble getting back to sleep,

feeling pain in both legs and could not get comfortable. I have not

sleep that long in a long time. I got up and ate watermaelon.

Feeling great, still just a little warm and tingly up my back. I did

the spins and chakra breathing and compression prayer and meditated

on the other safties. My gratitudes went on for a loooong time.

After that I have been experiencing more warmt and tinglies.

 

This is sort of a funny thing. I was setting there in the living room

with my husband and he ask me how my night went and I said, " great! "

He said, " Man, I woke up this morning at 5 o'clock (Shaktipat time

for here) with a start and I was burning up. I had to get up and take

a shower to cool down. LOL! I slept in a different bedroom last

night because I didn't know how things would go and I wanted to be on

the safe side and not distrube him. Do you think he could be

recieving, too or just a " co-incidence " .

 

I did do a lot of dreaming and was able to recall one of them. I

dreamed that by family I grew up in was not my real family. A women

came to me and told me I was her real mother and introduced me to my

three biological brothers. She explain she had to give me up for her

husband did not want and girl babies, so relatives raised all her

female babies for her. Another sister I grew up with was also her

daughter. The three boys were younger that I. I don't remember their

names, now. For some reason I had to take them back to their home and

I met my father. The boys where very frieghten of him. I got the

feeling that he was a very mean and abusive man. Then I woke up.

Don't know if it would be K related, but here is it anyways.
