Guest guest
Last night, I was wanting to make sure I did everything right, in preparation for shaktipat at 3:am. I did all the Tibetans, prayed, asked forgiveness and wished forgiveness to others..and said my Shakti prayer. Then I went on a chakra site to see how to do different chakra cleansing and balancing meditations, and how to do grounding. Finally, before going to my room, I decided I'd check over the K files to make sure I followed everything right. I did, I guess I just always second guess myself. Well suddenly, I heard a man's voice calling my name. It was coming from my bedroom. I looked, but Mike wasn't there. I went back to the computer, and I heard it again. Then I saw that you left us a post, asking us all to go to bed. LOL Just after reading it, I heard the voice for the third time, and then I got the point, so I quickly logged off and shutdown the computer and went to my bed. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time, so I lay there in prayer, and tried those chakra meditations, and tried the chakra breathing, also. Then I was able to fall asleep. Upon awakening, I felt very peaceful. I did feel intense heat in my umm..girl zone, off and on throughout the day. I've been feeling that now and then since my first day of awakening to K. I didn't have the huge surge of energy I was expecting to feel on day one of Shaktipat, but I felt perfectly balanced and completely at peace, which was a *very* nice treat for me. I actually felt so peaceful and meditativem that I forgot a few things that I intended to bring with me to work. LOL During the day, when bad things came my way, it was no problem. Only thing was, I missed my precious little Magda, as she was not at work with me today, and I felt her absence. Right now I am getting a sudden glowing warmth in my left foot. It is quite nice, but since I haven't felt that since early this afternoon, I know it's K's way of telling me to go to bed. Good night all..and pleasant dreams to you, Tara Need a vacation? Guest guest
Nice to read of your experience Tara. If you mix and match techniques and instructions you can bring influences into the equation that may not be beneficial to your experience. Not saying that this has ocurred. It is your choice but I strongly advise individuals to stick with what is offered here first. Do it the way it is advised here first and then when you are finished you can insert what ever it is that strikes your fancy. It is your choice though and I am only giving my opinion on it. - chrism , tara jacoby <tjmassage7777 wrote: > > Last night, I was wanting to make sure I did everything right, in preparation for shaktipat at 3:am.
