great! Is it as exciting for you as your first

Wow, that 4 of us now with back pain...you, me, Prasad & Linda...I do believe

it's the K!!

 

LOL about the 'bitch chakra' remark, and I'm sorry for your mood, but I must

say that I'm glad I'm not the only one...I had a good, positive start, then it

kinda went downhill (just got home from 5-hour drive back from my folks' house,

and I don't much like being in a car for more than 2 hours at a time)...but now

I'm ready for my second set of Tibetans #1, some chakra breathing, and some

meditation!! That will get me back in the right frame of mind.

 

I saw a snake today!! Unfortunately it was dead in the road, but it was a

snake!!
