Hi Niki,

Yes, this itching thing is maddening! The internal heat does not help

matters either. I am doing several types of methods sea salt, that was

recommended by Chris and a presciption for body lotion called Sarna

that contains soothing agents like camphor, etc. Both do help to

relieve the itching but not entirely. I have worse problems at night

while trying to go to sleep. So much body heat and the itching starts

to get worser. I usually have to go sit upright in front of a fan in

the living room just to find some kind of calmness. What is strange is

that once it runs its course about 3-4 hours later I can then go to bed

without a problem and fall right off to sleep.

Seeing the red grid in space...is very profound and vivid to me. I am

wondering if maybe it is an Astral experience or something I need to

focus on. I know there is something about seeing Astral Visions during

Kundalini Awakening but I can not for the life of me remember what book

I read this in. I have read so many books. Oh well..it will come to me

when I least expect it I am sure.
