I couldn't sleep either! I was wide awake and didn't go to sleep until

after 4 a.m. this morning. I hope you were able to go to sleep after

sending your post. I hope you were able to get enough sleep so you

aren't tired at work. I am so happy that you are now feeling Shakti's

presences with you! Now you know that she is activating, when you don't

have any movement you know she is still there with you! Congratulations

Well, I certainly commiserate, Kat! I finally fell

asleep about 1 or 1:30, but woke up again twice, so

only got about 5 hours of sleep. I feel kind woozy

but not sleepy, have a good bit of energy today. It

was nice to get a gentle message from Shakti that she

is, indeed, doing her work inside me. I had come to

trust that she was, but it was nice to get

verification. So nice that she...like Chrism...is

starting sloooooowwwww!!

 

Hope we both get more sleep tonight!
