Since today is Svadhisthana day...water...I went to the beach after work at around 3:00 and bathed in the ocean while saying the Lord's Prayer, then I did the eyes-up/tongue-up/finger-lock and said 3 'earth wind fire snow' mantras out loud. There were others at the beach and in the water around me but the waves were pounding so loudly that no one heard me. The sky was clear blue and the wind was blowing warm over the water...it was just wonderful. Hope everyone is having just as wonderful a day!
