Guest guest
I was feeling awesome yesterday and all through today, lots of energy. Suddenly around dinnertime I started feeling like a deflated balloon. I am not sleepy, but my body is tired and I have aches and pains I haven't felt in a long time. Does this sound normal to you? Thanks! (And, like, no valley girl explanations, like ok?) Sarita
Guest guest
Sarita,me too.About 4pm I got tired so suddenly I went and slept for 1 1/2hr and to tell you the truth, when I woke up I felt just as tired as before I took the nap.I decided that no matter how tired I am I will not take a nap because it's not helping me any.I feel like something is sucking all the energy from me.I felt great all day before. Guest guest
Hey, I worked hard on that Valley Girl thing. Adding all those " likes " and " wools " takes work. It must have been the mentioning of Barnaby Jones. Oh well. Yes it is normal inside this to have energy energy fluctuations and so be prepared to experience them. Please dont mix in other techniques you have known from the past or present. It can hurt not help as innocent as it may feel and or appear. If you ned to just relax then do so if you need sleep then sleep. Talk with the Shakti. Prioritize your times so that she has -periods where she can be expressive and you have periods when you can be a mom or a wife or work. -
Guest guest
Sarita, I'm not part of the Shaktipat, but I've been having something similar. I'm fine and feel wide awake, but for some reason as soon as I try to meditate I'm out like a light. It doesn't usually last long, but even if I try to meditate first thing after waking up I'm out.
