Woke up in excruciating pain

This morning I woke to a flashback of what life was life before the

last Shaktipat. I had a terrible headache, felt very tired and my low

back pain was back with a vengance. I did some praying and felt heat

in my low back and then the pain let up. It still hurts, but it

bareable.

 

I sure hope this is just the K doing more construction and that I will

be left without the pain when she is done!!
