Guest guest
here in uk its 8 hours ahead so chrisms 3am is 11am .This means i was not asleep as requested at the start but i did lie down a while with some gregorian chants! The itching continues and last night i half woke to find myself breathing deeply into various parts of my body and since then the soreness in my right side has eased . I remain peaceful and thankful .This has not always been so believe me .Music has been a great uplift and comfort even when meditation has proven difficult due to my worrying nature . One of my lessons was about ''that which i fear has come upon me ''which seemed to be so true for me .Somehow i have muddled through and faced most of them i hope and at least acknowledged those i have not yet quite dealt with .Im lucky that most of the fears i face now are in dreams and not daily life . Chrism my question is about whether we have to deal with every fear successfully to clear it finally from our system ? Is it sufficient do you think to clear things in dreams ?I used to have lots of dreams of putting out black bin liners and going round buildings .The buildings are now in a better state of repair than they used to be . My experience so far of the tibetans , even though i struggle with them a bit is that they are very helpful and being obliged to do them more often has improved my efforts but the breathing i find hard due to blockages including a deviated septum .I have found a salt water spray does help clearing and i snore less! Before anyone asks im 57 and feel quite a lot younger these days .I do struggle to sort out what is'' new age ''as chrism puts it and what is the real deal . The more i read the less i knew and more confused i became so my latest idea is just to see where im led .Im hoping all will then become clear or clearer at least . Well goodnight all and god bless.love elizabeth
