If you are having a headache when you do a certain aspect of this

Shaktipat practice back off of that aspect. Back off of the Tibetans

if it is them.

 

Do not force yourself through pain at this point.

 

Just do the breathing if that doesnt add to the headache and it might

so be advised. If it does back off of that and do the safeties with

out the breathing excersizes. The Shaktipat will continue working with

you. -
