Guest guest
I have had some pressure/pain like sensations up the spine. About as far as the lower shoulder blades. It has been very mild pressure though. Nothing compare to the severe pain I suffered with for years as the results of three whiplash accidents. That was about 6 years ago when I went to a chiropacter and had adjust for that. I have had no problems since. I have just taken the pressure sensation as the K widening or making adjustment of my spine. Is that correct? blessings CC , " chrism " <> wrote: > > If you are having a headache when you do a certain aspect of this > Shaktipat practice back off of that aspect. Guest guest
It can also signal the actual arrival of the Shakti in a low measured dose. Remember this energy has an agenda and an intellect. As hard as that may be to conceptualize. Kundalini and the Shakti component know what it is you require every moment of your day. Like Sarita some adjustments or healings may also be occurring. - chrism
Guest guest
CC, during my first Shaktipat my injuries/pain got really severe, seemed to be highlighted, and then subsided. During this Shaktipat I have had pain from my injuries again (though not as bad as the first time). The pain seems to come and go with lots of spine cracks. Maybe this is Shakti's way of healing you and making the necessary changes to accomodate the K? Guest guest
Thanks Sarita, For the past two days most of the energy/heat has been concentrated there between my shoulder blades. I have had quite a few cracks and pops for several weeks now. In the first accident, I looked back and knew it was coming and I threw my right arm over to help hold my daughter from being thrown forward. Before set belt law habit. Hehe! Anyway, my left arm bent the steering wheel sideways and that is when that part of my back begain hurting. The chiropacter said it was deferred pain from the neck, but long after the neck pain was gone I still had pain in the middle of my back. The chiropacter's adjustments did help some, to where the pain was only bad if I had to sneeze, cough, or God forbid throw up. I feel something was there that just was not showing up in the x-rays. This afternoon on my walk I was stung by an invisible bee. Hehe! It felt just like a bee had hit my arm and stung me, but I could not see any bee around and the my arm didn't get red or swell any. I had a 'mixed feeling' heart day. I felt happy and sad at the same time. I think Valerie said whe was experiencing that, too. I had a great day, though, doing things with family, even with the sadness underneath.
