Guest guest
Hello Tara. I feel others emotions, too. Its a wonderful tool to have. I find I don't get swept up by them, they just show me what someone needs. Sometimes language totally misses it, and they may not even know themselves what they are feeling. I can tune in and either hug them or verbally touch the feeling in them to release it or validate it. To me its another form of communication, not to be absorbed, just listened to. I don't feel I need to detach...just learn to hear...not a sponge but an ear. lol! Hope that makes sense! Warm love and hugs, dhyana --- tara jacoby <tjmassage7777 wrote: > Thanks Elektra, > It's true, I do need to learn that. > I become very umm...'A.D.D.-LIKE' because I > apparently allow others' emotions to pull me this > way and that.
