Guest guest
This seems simple, perhaps, but it was sort of confusing to me as I went through it. I love antique furniture, especially Chinese, and found a piece that matched an unusual piece I love. I did not need it, had another perfectly wonderful piece where I would put it and struggled to figure out if I should get it or not. I did not get a strong " yes " but let circumstances decide. (I needed a truck and another person) The person and truck showed up, we went to get it (long ride) and the owner was not home after our ever-so-carefully-arranged meeting time. I then found another piece, wresteled with the idea of getting it, blah, blah, blah. I set up my home for healing with items and religious art so this is more than just likeing the things....they both were very good energetically. So I did not feel enough of a push to get that one either. And I LOVED them both. In the end I did spend the money on a scuba jacket for my son in Europe which will bring he and his friends delight (its orange...hard to find and they all gave him a bad time about his old, orange one which was worn out) and my connection to him was strengthed by sharing the pleasure he takes with his friends and the fun we had in getting it. A little love dance between us. I am trying to consume less, get rid of things and live more simply and with appreciation for whatever I keep. Decorating and playing with energy in my home is an addiction of mine. If I had bought either of those pieces of furniture I would have thought twice about buying the scuba thing for my son. They all cost about the same. This was on the heart chakra day and made a pretyy strong impression on me. In gratefulness, Sherri
Guest guest
That's wonderful Sherri! I think you made the right decision and I'm sure your son appreciates it too. Thanks for sharing that.
