Guest guest
Hello Group! Yesterday I was pondering how much fun it was to wear the chakra colors on the given days. The day I wore the orange, and walked down Broadway, so many heads turned! Most of them were wearing blacks and dull colors so I really stood out, especially with my red hair down and flying in the breeze! I really felt like a goddess! HA! It was FUN! Hope I wasn't too hard on them with Chakra 2 energy blasting the area! Anyway, what I wanted to share was something I'm going to start doing. I want to continue with wearing the chakra colors and focusing on each chakra and learning more about it on each day of the week. There are seven days to the week so I'm going to assign Chakra 1 to Monday and go from there. It felt beautifully sacred to see Chakra 7 on Sunday. I really sense that it will be an exciting addition to my life, and wanted to pass it on if anyone else was interested. There's no place like Home. My mantra this week!!! Its good to be back in Maine! And my Star is guiding me to my true Home. I realized that is all I seek in this world, to go Home. Hugs to all. Love, dhyana
Guest guest
I like that ideal Dhyana, continuing with the chakras. I had started something similar on a forum I was on last year. We didn't get very far before people lost interest, including me. I was doing it one chakra per week, which in looking back was way to long to spend on one chakra at a time. LOL! I like the ideal of wearing the different colors every day. I look kind of sick in yellow though, just not my color. Hehe! I may need to buy a white T-shirt and paint a yellow starburst on it for that day. As well as wearing the colors each day I have also been coloring a mandala each day to set in front of my computer. I have been enjoying doing that immensely. I am thinking about scanning and uploading them into a photo albumn. Colored pencils and computer paper are not my medium of choice. I like using acrylics, but I don't have any canvas or wood at the present time. Dhyana, we have many homes or you could say the whole universe is our home. I know what you mean though. One day I had the priviledge of spending a day in my astral home, which was only about 30 minutes in the physical and at the time I did not want to come back to my earthly homes. Body nor my house made of wood and brick. Words could not began to describe it. I did not even try to write it down, but think of it often. I have a little wooden crafty thing on my wall that I painted several years ago. It has a little bear on it and a jar of honey that says, " Home is were my honey is. Guest guest
Hi CC. I found out this last week that I have absolutely NO YELLOW CLOTHING! Ha! What to do? Yellow smiley on my hand. I need to get some if I'm going to do this! In the Christian Tradition, of which I'm referring to, Home is in the arms of my Father. You remember the Parable of the Prodigal. My world or universal view is a little different from those outside this path. So Home to me is a very specific place. Home is where my heart is...now I have to catch up! Guest guest
I knew that Dhyana, Back to the source is were we would all like to be. We must have wanted this journey, though, or we would not be here. It's a funny thing. I look forward to all the trips I've ever taken and after being there a while I would begain to long for home. It is good that we have that in us, the longing to go home. There is no safer, peaceful place to be in, than wrapped up in the arms a loving Father. Gives me a warm and tingly feeling just thinking about it. Love CC , " novalees " <Novalees wrote: > > > Hi CC. I found out this last week that I have absolutely NO YELLOW > CLOTHING! Ha! What to do? Guest guest
Blessings everyone. About the wearing of colors and the other instruments of reception during the Shaktipat. Thank you Rich for bringing this up as I suspect you are not the only one with these considerations. - lol! These are merely tools for a way of helping the unconscious focus towards what is being given on any day during Shaktipat. Do not feel it is a hard and fast rule of control over a person. One can do or not do as they please within any portion of the Shaktipat. The directions given are for the nurturing of a flow that is established by the Shaktipat and nothing else. The safeties are for a preparation of the five bodies of human expression as the Kundalini will infuse them all at once. They are also tools towards the elimination fear which can wreak havoc on a person in the early development. They comprise many tools from many different cultures which have been used in very similar fashion towards the successful attainment and expression of the Kundalini. From the Shamanic to the Christian to the Hindu, Islam, Sufi, Buddhist, Tibetan Buddhist, Judaic, and the Taoist among others. The Tibetans are generative of micro flows and for balance of the primary flow. This is very very important. They are a more expansive practice similar to what the " Whirling Dervishes " used and use. The chakra breathing is for the preparation of the individual chakra to accept a flow of Kundalini, raising its frequency of expression. The prayer is for the spiritual devotional link to what is doing the giving - The Shakti Kundalini. The meditation is for the stillness of the " body mind " that the ego will not subtly block a Kundalini expression out of fear of change or its desire to control the entire being. From a " body mind " perspective yes it can appear trite and silly. From a developing Kundalini expression these are merely rungs on a ladder that one can choose to climb in such a way as to clear the path for a more vertical and expansive expression of the Kundalini. - blessings to everyone. - chrism , " Richard Eisenberg " <Pyaar333 wrote: > I do however see the reason for the " musts " in this group. So I do them, they are good…well the wearing the right color clothes for the Shaktipat days is a bit much, but I do that also even though I think it is not really need. > > rich >
Guest guest
Wearing the colors can be as expansive as buying a complete set of clothes within the color of that day or merely a ribbon or ring or ink dot on a place where you can occasionally look at it to remind you of what is occurring. A shirt or socks or what ever a person feels comfortable with. Probably not underwear as that can be difficult to check or look upon if in public! Yet that too is certainly within the whole coordinated scheme if a person is leaning that way. Have fun is what I suggest! - , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Blessings everyone. Guest guest
Thank you for explaining! I do see the need for the safties, Tibetans etc. The colors to keep the mind focused on the event…yes. For me, I am so focused on the blessing of the day, the chakra being activated, that I don't feel the need to wear the colors….but I probably will anyway. Anyway, thanks again rich
