My 'end of day three experience' with blissful euphoria!!! Ahhh....feels great.

I just finished the Tibetans and the chakra breathing, Shakti prayer and prayer

breathing for the night. Since I work, and it's easier for me to do these things

in the night time, I've been doing them like this, when I get home at night;

 

*first, 21 of each Tibetan (up to the number in which we are all at..today # 5)

*next, chakra breathing for each chakra (up to the one we're all at..today, the

throat)

*then, Shakti prayer and prayer to God asking blessings for others and help for

me to receive Kundalini in the most perfect way in which I am able, and to

continue following all the guidelines without falter, and to spread love all

over.

And then I start over at the beginning, with the second set of everything, and

then back to the beginning for the third.

Well tonight as I focussed on my chakra breathing, I took a little extra care on

making sure the technique was performed as closely as possible to what is

described, according to my understanding. While I did this, I received a sort of

umm..let me think of how to explain this. I want to say that I received a flash

in my mind, but that's not totally accurate. It was more like a brightness that

I saw through my closed eyes..like a pure bright light. At the same time, I

heard every sound so very clear and crisp..like never before. Then, I felt this

incredible sense of peace..it was euphoric. I was a little pressed for time, so

I couldn't take all night to do these chakra breathings(as I suddenly felt I

wanted to), and the funny thing, was that I really did have a hard time trying

to pull myself from that euphoric trance, if you will- to move on to the next

chakra. LOL

What I experienced, only came in flashes, and then was gone after a few moments

each time. At the end, my last step was to pray. As I prayed, I slipped into

that wonderful euphoria again, and found myself just sitting in that same

position for at least five minutes, with a 'high-like' and dazed smiling

sensation in my face, and a feeling of absolute trance-like bliss all through

me. When I snapped out of it, I felt like I had just arrived back in this world,

suddenly..from some other place. After finishing, I was left with a very, very

nice feeling of absolute weightlessness and peace. ecstasy. I can't believe how

wonderful this feeling is..and my senses feel as though they've just been washed

out and made new again..so very keen. It's incredible.
