dear chrism... everything is ok. experiencing very positive thoughts and

feelings. still have

a strange burning sensation at the base of spine but not that intnse anymore.

left foot is

practically back to normal after months of discomfort. no complaints just

trusting the

healing lessons of the universe (with brief moments of confusion, loneliness and

doubt).

reading eckhart tolle's latest book 'a new earth' and enjoying his message of

presence. but

i'm still puzzled as to why 'it' (the cosmos, life, the ego and the rest of the

illusion) was all

started in the first place and why we even have to go through it all. but here's

a little joke:

this guy opens his front door to get his morning paper and notices a snail on

his porch. he

looks around to see if anyone is looking before picking up the snail and

throwing it over

the fence into his neighbor's garden. two years later he thinks he hears a knock

on the

door and when he goes to answer it no one's there. but then he looks down and

sees a

snail. then the snail looks up at him and asks, 'so what was that all about?'

I'm alright, couldn't tell much other than the occasional twitching

until yesterday, when I woke up with a sore throat and later my

communications skills were tested lol. But I think I came through it

well. Today has been a bit crazy so far! Not sure why or how it would

relate to today's chakra, but perhaps the answer will come. Thank you
