Guest guest
Hi chrism, On the weekend I was out playing in the slightly disfunctional band that I'm in and I'll just say that I'm glad of the list discussions relating to anger, forgiveness, kindness etc. as it was an eyeopener watching the group dynamic and my part in it. I might just have to redefine that role. On Friday I was doing a recapitulation thingy and went inside to see what I could dredge up. I found one of my memory patterns that plays every so often that generally leads to self pity, pain, self esteem issues etc. Anyway I spaced out and forgot what I was doing and got stuck in the vicious cycle of the memory when I noticed a hand bell rhythmically ringing about once a second in the distance like d-ding, d-ding, d-ding. It sounded like the bell of an old scissors sharpener that used to walk through our neighbourhood when i was a kid. As this was going on a LOUD female voice inside my head said, " WHY IS HE DOING THIS TO HIMSELF? " My eyes snapped open, the bells immediately stopped and I thought to myself yeah why wallow in that stuff? Then I looked out the window to see if I could see where the bells came from. I'm on the ninth floor and could see nothing. I noted then that I've been hearing these from time to time all week and haven't been able to find the source. Due to time constraints, on a couple of days I was only able to do 2 rounds of the Tibetans so thought I might not have done enough work on chakras 3 and 4 which was depressing. Yesterday however during the Shakti prayer my heart Chakra blew open. Nice!!! I find the shakti prayer is REALLY effective. I pause after each line to emphasize the feeling. I see how it is constructed and how it works. Looks innocent enough but if done right after the Tibetans and chakra breathing I think it'll take you where you want to go. :-) On throat Chakra day I had some scratchiness and coughing initially but it cleared up fairly quickly. Ironically on communication day I didn't communicate with anyone. Not with words anyhow. I haven't gotten into my routine yet today but have been looking forward to the third eye chakra. Oh well onward and upward! Hope you're ALL feeling good today, Peace, gary > , " chrism " > <> wrote: > > How are you doing? - lol - chrism >

Guest guest
Nice work Gary!, No accident you're here. I have had the same response when doing the Shakti prayer right after the Tibetans and the compression prayers. This is the most dangerous part of the practice given here as it can set you off and if your not emotionally balanced as I read YOUR DOING(NICE!)it can be very strong emotionally. Shakti talks with you! - c
Guest guest
Hi chrism, I generally try to be careful not to jump to conclusions or project wishful thinking onto my experiences. However, the way that it rose from the bottom chakra, with some strong " excitement " of other chakras on the way up to the heart made me conclude that it wasn't just a heart chakra release. It was intense but not at all unpleasant. Strong euphoria followed by mucho gratitude on my part. It's repeatable too as I've since found out! So this is GOOD! I don't feel that it is a full blown Awakening yet , because its not no matter how I wish it to be so, but it is a step on a path that seems to be producing results for me. Hopefully it will work as well when the your scatterfield is removed. I've had some trouble with the compression prayer not out of lack of respect for its cleansing and awakening properties but I've always had trouble with a clear air flow since my nose was broken when younger. So I take care not to overdo it with these types of practices or I feel like I'm suffocating. Really spoils the mood... > Shakti talks with you! - c Others here too apparently! Thanks again!!!, g. Guest guest
Hello Gary, Remember the Scatterfield acts as a governor so there may be more of a release of what you have begun when it is removed. Which will be soon. -
