I wanted to talk about this upper body pain I have been having. I can't recall

if I feel this just during this Shatkipat or not. Last night it was very

uncomfortable. The pain ranged from my chest, to my neck and up the back of my

head.

It felt as if I had a broken rib and my muscles all tensed up. I didn't feel

anything when I laid still. I focused on breathing and the pain slowly went away

after about 15 minutes. I thought perhaps I was having a heart attack or had a

collapsed lung, but I didn't feel like it was.

This is a new sensation for me so I'm hoping its just a natural Shakti / K

phenomenon.

Hi Lisa! I can't say if it is the same pain, but about a month ago I

started having symptoms very much like what you are describing. I too

thought it might be heart related. I came to the conclusion that

there are certain issues I still need to deal with. Once I

acknowedged and started working on it, the pain subsided. I feel it

every so often, but the worst of it is gone.
