Guest guest
Dear Group, I had told myself that I was going to resume my OBE practice after Shaktipat because I used to be very proficient in that (I was having 2 or 3 a week in December!) and I miss it. Well, this morning, when I awoke at 4 a.m., I decided to give it a try. And it worked, first time! I felt vibrations come, gentle and warm, not like a freight train. Then I got the sensation of sinking, and I went with it. I sank, then floated backwards for quite a while. Finally, I was floating through my living room, heading for the front door. I went through the front door and outside, but it was not my house anymore. It was quite beautiful, though, and very clear and vibrant...flowers, brickwork under foot, lots of happy people gathered. I flew a bit and generally enjoyed the vibrant, colorful views, then I lost consciousness and just slept till time to get up. I am so thrilled! What a wonderful 'parting gift' for the Summer Shaktipat!! I hope everyone was as blessed as I was by the Shaktipat. Chrism, words are insufficient to thank you for your priceless gift. God bless you! Blessings & love to all, Claudia ______________________________\ ____ Got a little couch potato? Guest guest
Ahh I'm jealous. I remember the " sinking feeling " well. It's been a long time (many years) since I've had an OBE. I was hoping that progress with the K would help the OBE's, but I guess nothing is ever easy eh? :-) Have a wonderful day! Guest guest
Thanks, Paul. says it can go either way...the K can increase or decrease your ability to project. For me, it seemed to be the latter...I hadn't had one since I joined this group in late March. It felt really good this morning! Hope I can keep it up. I hope you have one some day soon, too! Guest guest
Wow, Claudia- that's GREAT!!! Funny, I've been thinking along the same lines as you lately..making plans to go out of body again, after Shaktipat. Now I have an inspiration to go ahead and try- THANKS!!! As I went through the steps of chakra breathing Tuesday night, I began to feel very light- as though I was prepared for an exit. I needed to concentrate and finish up my K-work, though. I was alternating between 21 of each Tibetan and chakra breathing..and I was on my second round as it was nearing midnight. I pushed to complete the process, and when I finished I forgot I wanted to go out of body. LOL Can't believe I forgot! He,he,he!!! I'm so happy for you. Claudia- you know for the longest time, I was living on the energy feeling I got when I went out of body. Now I don't have to feel as though I am always struggling to feel good...because now I have Kundalini. That's the best gift ever!!! I totally agree with you- I am forever grateful to Chrism for his gift to us. It is truly a priceless gift. I feel like I have a new concept of energy. I see it in a new light now. " !!!!!THANK YOU, CHRISM!!!!! Guest guest
Thanks, Tara! Like me and a few others, you came to kundalini from the OBE group. That's our 'roots'...I am blessed and humbled by the gift of K, it goes far beyond the out of body experience, but my OBE practice was such an exciting spiritual journey that I don't want to lose it completely. I hope that I can have my proverbial cake and eat it, too! Blessings & love to you, Tara...I hope you succeed at having an OBE soon!
