Guest guest
Just thought I'd post an update on Danni. It took a couple weeks, but she finally beat back the pneumonia. It was quite a battle, and has left her weakened some. She had to undergo another marrow test and so is currently back in the isolation ward, and still in a lot of pain. She should be able to go home in a couple days. Good news here though, her marrow looks very good and the test results were much better than expected. Was talking to Noel, her doctor, and he said she really should not have survived the original aplasti anemia in the first place. It was her sheer will power and love for me that pulled her through this, and I find that most humbling! She still has a long long road to travel to be really fully recovered. That will take another 18-24 months, but we are hoping she will be well enough to travel next year and she really wants to be here in time for my birthday. I know everyone's prayers helped her and I want to thank everyone again! Sincerely, Jon
