Hi everyone. I can't say I could feel when the scatterfield left me

but today I have had incredible energy to feel motivated enough to

get things done, even made a cake, painted some rusted area of

fencing in the back garden, a cleaning spurt in my bathroom. I'm

usually dragging my butt around just about able to do what I have to

do but today felt like going above and beyond the usual! Niiiiiccceee!

Still a teensy headache/pressure. And yes, I've needed more sleep,

too. I slept in till 8am today (in a household where my 5 yr.old is

up at the crack) and have had a good nap the last 2 days. I usually

don't give in to it. But I just had to today and yesterday. I've had

nice movement up my spine today and one of those eggs in the middle

of my back all day. Nothing interesting in meditation to report.

I did have a bizarre dream this morning: I'm moving into a new house,

which is really an old house (very old). It has SO many floors and

wings I think I'll never see it all. And it is full of the stuff of

previous owners, it's like a massive museum. And some of the people

even still live there and are loitering about in the bedrooms reading

and watching TV. I know one of the bedrooms at least is haunted so

stay away from it. I spend most of the dream wandering this house. It

was endless! I see an old painting of a long-ago colonel then turn to

see him chatting and having tea with someone in a sitting room.

That's all I remember. Strange!

Hugs all you Shaktiheaded Hos!

Valarie
