Guest guest
Go into the wilderness alone. Be there alone and be natural as you are there. Become the " Primal " person that is inside of you. Allow this expression to be given the outlet of definition. Scream or interact with nature as this person feels is natural. Put aside ALL trappings of society. Do this repeatedly and feel the freedom that comes into the experience. Surrender to this aspect of your self(ves) This has aspects of danger. This danger is necessary for the reality of the excercise to be real for you. So don't let it scare you away. Do not allow yourself to be seen by others. Honor the animal self that you are. Honor his/her abilities. Take in the scents and look at the impressions on the forest floor. Wash and engage the streams and the plants. Stalk yourself(ves) and expose yourself to the natural environment. Be careful and be discerning. Take it slow and in stages. - chrism
Guest guest
I was walking the Chagrin National Park when you sent this email, wonderous. My mentally in the woods was on a higher level, more primal as you stated below. How interesting you would send this at the same moment I was experiencing it. I glided through the paths with ease and dominance as if another force was carrying me along, I clenched the living leaves as I past them, thinking they knew me. I wanted them to know I was there. I watched the squirels and bugs run away from me as well as around me. I wanted to sleep in the dirt, I wanted to get my feet dirty and continue to smell the fresh pine needles that was intoxicating to me. I chose path in the woods that is not meant to be walked for people there. Webs and odd insects reside back there, as the creatures probably know this is a place that is untouched by the human beasts I enjoyed the thoughts of being alone, in fact I preferred it that way. I always knew I was a soul that walks alone, my Lion animal spirit. Another walk waits for me tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it. Thank you for this message! lisa ---- chrism <> wrote: > Go into the wilderness alone. Be there alone and be natural as you are > there. Become the " Primal " person that is inside of you.
