Just in the writing down and telling of the pain even though I did

not go into details, I feel lighter today.

 

The back pain has lessen somewhat today and is traveling, similar to

what took place right before scatterflied or during. I can't remember

which. I went for my walk yesterday and there was pain in my left leg

where it attaches to the hip and there was a tingling sensation from

there, going down my leg to my foot with every step. Before I went to

bed last night the pain had moved from my waist level up to about 3

or 4 inches above. This morning when I got up it had moved over to my

right side, just under the right botttom of shoulder blade. It is

now in the middle of my back between the shoulder blades about half

way. The warm energy is following where the pain goes. The tingling

is still in my leg and foot, but not as pronouced today.

 

I have resumed doing the 5 Tibetans, but took it easy with them and I

am continuing with all the rest of the safeties and chakra breathing.

I did add the Shakti prayer before scatterfield and am saying it

often like a mantra, the way Bradly is using it as a mantra during

meditation.
