Guest guest
Oh! That might explain something odd I've noticed lately. As I come back to wakefulness (after a nap, especially), I am overcome with anxiety, like the worst thing in my life is about to happen or I have to give a speech to a million people or something. There is no basis for this feeling (free-floating anxiety!) and it goes after I'm more fully awake but it's a nasty way to come back to consciousness! The other emotions seem to be stablilizing. I am able to rein in the anger a bit better, being more rational and looking at it outside myself somewhat when it occurs so I don't let it build to a crescendo (which feeds on itself). Irritability is still there but I am trying to do calming things when I feel it coming on and realize that it may be K related so am more forgiving. I don't know if I actually fit into the " awakened " or " infusion " category yet. I may be projecting other's experience on myself. I'm an empath so I pick up all sorts of stuff. Anyway, if the anxiety isn't K related, I'd sure like to know WHAT it is! It's most uncomfortable. Almost sickening. Somewhat K-related, I dreamt I went back to the town I grew up in (small town in TN). I couldn't wait to visit the river there and saw it go from very low, swampy with sand bars to a huge wave of aquamarine that made it a real river again and people were playing in it. Then I went up the hill to the middle of town where the courthouse and local newspaper were. I go to the Newspaper place to look up an old boyfriend and chat with some of the people there. Ah, small-town life! I miss this in the big city. I see a classified ad on an electronic bulletin board (black screen with red letters scrolling) with some odd musical instruments for sale, the first one is a Persian violin! I'm half-tempted to check it out but don't. I went in the printing room to see an old boyfriend who used to work there but he'd quit. I saw disgruntled employees (names Ned and Mary...don't know them in RL but that's their names in the dream). They conspire to burn down the place, (I see this but they don't know I'm watching them). They secretly set a fire in a pile of old newpapers then clock out and leave to go to a nearby pub/restaurant. I go there too, marveling at the lovely old building it's in and thinking if I live here again, I'll be in historical preservation somehow (again, not like the place where I live now, it's all mostly new). I look out the big picture window at the darkening sky then see flickering orange against some clouds just up the street (the newpaper building?). I whisper to Mary, who is at the table next to me, " It's starting! " She looks out, too, sees it, her eyes go wide with anxiety/doubt. She goes very quiet and continues playing Scrabble with her husband. I see Ned a few tables down, hunched over his bowl of soup looking dejected and lonely. I look out to see the flames growing. The alarm will be sounded any minute now. EOD On another subject, we are flying to London tomorrow and taking the coach to Wales to my husband's Mum's house. We'll be there a fortnight (2 weeks) and she doesn't have a computer nor is there a neighbour with wi-fi (as of last time, at least) so I may be incommunicado for that time, most likely. We'll take our laptop, if nothing else just to put digital photos on. If at all possible, I'll try to check in. There may be a cafe or tea shop that has wi-fi but I won't count on it. Do you have any advice or suggestions for me during this time away from you and the group, Chrism? So please, say a few prayers for our safe journeys and I'm being positive about the recent bomb failures in London and Glasgow. I will keep my thoughts positive for a safe and fun time with relatives and friends in the beautiful United Kingdom. But your prayers of protection and love would be greatly appreciated. I know the power of this group! I'll miss you all and hearing what's going on. I'll keep up with what is happening with me, probably journal it. And I have at least a minimal idea of what to do if problems arise, thanks to Chrism. Safeties, ground myself, watermelon, lots of water and prayer. I don't anticipate anything, now that Shaktipat is over. That was MOST intense! And it was great! Talk to you when we return. Love to everyone, Valarie
Guest guest
Just to be clear Valarie I would class you in the infusing with Kundalini catagory. This is based upon your symptoms and your participation with what you contribute to this group and with what I " see " when I look at you. - blessings and Cheerio! - rhcism
