energy increase..and steady flow *woo-hoo!!!*

I tried something different today. I'd been having a dry spell with Kundalini

energy.

I found myself realizing that it was because my mind needed to form a new

routine including regular exercise, in with my Kundalini practices.

I was feeling pretty bad about myself, because I forgot to do the 5 Tibetans for

a couple of days, and I was beating myself up over it, and feeling stupid. All

along I felt there was a reason why- but I did not allow myself to believe it

because I new I messed up, and I felt as though my mind could be creating that

though form to make excuses for the fact that I messed up. I didn't want to do

that, so when I got that feeling, I just ignored it. Then I realized I needed

to build a stronger desire for the 5 Tibetans and the energy and good feeling

that came along with doing them, and then incorporate an exercise routine for

my well being. I tried it out for the first time this morning, and I had a

really nice energy flow all day.

First I rode 5 3/4 miles on the exercise bike at level 7 resistance, and then I

did the Tibetan Rites, and my prayer breathing. I felt so good afterward, and I

felt inner peace for having done a real work-out. I fell off the exercise wagon

several weeks ago, and I had been feeling really bad about myself because of

it. On top of that, I had several events to attend in which buffet style food

was served, and

I was feeling pretty guilty and yucky on the inside. Thankfully, this new

routine has changed my habits for the better !!!! And I was feeling good about

myself again today.

 

From the beginning, I'd been conducting the Tibetan Rites in the evening, and I

felt really good and slept well, but then in the morning I had stomach cramps.

It felt like my stomach was all twisted up inside. I had gas and painful

bloating

all day, and then when I did my Tibetan Rites in the evening, it all went away

and would come back the next morning. I guess that was a message for me, to

conduct the Tibetan Rites in the morning so that I can have a consistent energy

flow, and positivity and well being. I didn't have any gas or bloating today.

I didn't have a knotted feeling in my stomach, or any discomfort. Also, I felt a

very nice energy flow all throughout the day. It didn't go up and come down..it

was very much even..and kept me feeling pacified.

So that was my lesson for the day- sometimes you have to fall from your

'perfect' routine in order to allow room for improvement. Sometimes I think I

get so set in my ways that I am not open to change, so this was my sign.
