Guest guest
Hi & the List, Like a river, I have a nice big flow of gratitude for you Chrism...this is for the integrity of service and sharing of wisdom you offer...despite the fact that you don't ask for much in return for your work, I pray that abundance flows your way so your " i " can be supported in your work and in your life. To the list, thanks for being here, thanks for the sacred space of support that I feel in my life just because you all come together here. Thanks for sharing incredible things like the firing the grid link. I am still struggling and in a tug of war for the sovereignty of my mind, nervous system and body -- in all honesty, i still generally don't have one thought or sensation that is not messed with, interacted with, attacked -- it is like being swarmed with bees alot of the time... However, I still find my spiritual heart swelling within and through me, I still find growth and healing, nature and " nature " is revealing Herself to me, and when the love and gratitude come in despite the bees, I know that I am whole no matter what I am going through. I wish you all the healing and peace that you need, and especially, may all beings have the true medicine that they need, Love, Laura
Guest guest
Hi Laura While reading your story the thoughts of my own inner battles came to mind. One thing that assisted me during that transition was the use of a mantra. Hu, Hue or Aum are commonly known mantras, but a mantra can be any word that holds spiritual meaning and feels good. I found that by chanting or singing a mantra, silently or out loud, I could still the mind. After a while, I could still the mind enough to make the journey to my heart. It wasn't easy, but with practice I was able to do it. All the Best Bob

I wish you well upon your journey and do extend what assistance I can give that you can receive inside your process.
