Guest guest
As many of you inside an activation are aware of, the feet are quite sensitive to the Kundalini. These sensitivities can be demonstrated by tactile temperature extremes or the sensation of the bottom of the foot becoming a suction device and vacuuming up energy from the earth. Another aspect of the infusion activity on the feet is the automatic arching of the foot extending it as far as it can go as well as the calf and extending often all the way up to the quads in more pronounced symptoms. This is fine and is an aspect of the infusion though it can be somewhat surprising in its intensity. It can also mimic the lower body in an orgasmic sense as the muscles are hyper stretched. The foot will arch and wish to stay that way for a time - let it. It will also go the complete opposite and try to make the toes touch the ankles in an extreme reverse arch. No worries. Let this occur. The toes will want to curl and it may be difficult to uncurl them I suggest that you do not try. Let them do, as they need to do. The body knows what is needed. These are all aspects of a continuing infusion and nothing is wrong or out of place. -
Guest guest
Talking about feet, my left heel is very sore, like I fractured my bone. One minute it will be fine, the next its in severe pain for the rest of the day. It is its worst in the morning, as it feels extra sensitive. Is it K or a medical issue? chrism wrote: > > As many of you inside an activation are aware of, the feet are quite > sensitive to the Kundalini. Guest guest
Before you go to bed Leshya massage some peanut oil into the sole and arch of your feet. Both feet. Go between the toes and cleanse with some vodka afterwards see if that has any effect. - blessings - chrism , Leshya <pleiades69 wrote: > > Talking about feet, my left heel is very sore, like I fractured my bone. > One minute it will be fine, the next its > in severe pain for the rest of the day. Guest guest
Interesting! After I finish the Fourth Tibetan I routinely reach out and hold my ankles for a minute or two a few times. Lately my feet have been arching in both directions for a few minutes as well, after the stretching. Not something I planned to do, it just started happening. Its become a regular part of the routine. I welcome it! Thank you for all the information you're sharing! Guest guest
dear leshya... good question. my left heel is now feeling much better after over 6 months of that feeling. it seemed like plantars facitis but i wondered whether it had anything to do with k. but now the base of my spine has been hurting recently. so i'm wondering about that.... love, -steve f , Leshya <pleiades69 wrote: > > Talking about feet, my left heel is very sore, like I fractured my bone. > One minute it will be fine, the next its > in severe pain for the rest of the day. Guest guest
I will try this, but I'll need to go buy some peanut oil. Cleanse with Vodka, hmmmm I think I like that I couldn't drink it for cleansing could I?? LOL. Thanks for the tip! :-) chrism wrote: > > Before you go to bed Leshya massage some peanut oil into the sole and > arch of your feet. Both feet. Be glad that you dont! lol - Leave the oil on for at least fifteen minutes as you massage then clean with the vodka - blessings and pain free feet|
