Guest guest
Hello Linda, Peaks and valleys. You will go up and down for a time. Sleep is a state where much work and rewiring can occur. So Kundalini gives you the energy of needing rest. Or a lack of energy to force you to rest. This will not always coincide with what we would intend for our energetic resources but Kundalini will trump anything we want. It is THE agenda. You are not under some cloud of chronic fatigue or anything like that you are experiencing, imho, a valley. A time for your energies to be used for other things that are not always as clear as gardening may be for you. You are correct to connect with the earth. You are correct to do only one " set " of the Tibetans. You are listening well Linda! As far as the nostrils go the nadis are what we could say would be a form of a " micro " chakra. The ones inside the nostrils are especially sensitive to the flow of " Prana " throughout the system. They are the terminus points for two of the major pathways of the Kundalini " the Ida " and " the Pingala " . So if too much Prana is given they may get sore. No worries just relax that aspect of your practice. The ears will also have what will feel like pressure changes and heat may be felt in them. The ears, tongue throat are all normal Linda, this is Fifth chakra activity. Kundalini's version of the ENT. You have been doing much generation, so now I will suggest that you back off of these aspects of the practice. Go straight into the meditative and prayerful aspects and live there for a time. Only the med. the prayers, and the Tibetans (one set) Release yourself from expectation and just surrender to the flow that you have. It knows what to do. You only need to pay attention and be able to listen and act upon those intuitions that are being given. My energetics for you stopped with the Scatterfield. - blessings - chrism P.S. If you try everything you run into on the internet you will be, sooner or later, in hot water. It can be quite unfortunate for a person to have to learn this the hard way as I did. This may be what you need to learn. If not then please, if you like the practice done here stick to that if you find another then go there but be advised about mixing and matching. Sometimes the results can hurt.
Guest guest
Thank you chrism for explaining all that. I guess my yard work will get done eventually if I just do about 30 minutes a day. It's beginning to look like a jungle with all the rain we have been having. I am more than happy with just doing what you have recommended here. I was just reading that book that Droxine recommended (Fourteen Lessons) and the book recommended one get a knowledge of these beathing technique before going any further. I was just reading and following along with the techniques without much thought to what was happening from doing them. Hehe! I have learned my lesson well. That was too much breathing exercising for one afternoon. I was lost in the doing without much thought of what it was doing to me. LOL! Duh! Thank you chrism and much blessings to you.
