Guest guest
My experience has been a paradoxical balancing act. These are just a few of the thoughts I have been pondering today… * Becoming increasingly more " in touch " with my physical body and its functions yet having to " lose touch " insofar as submit and surrender to kriyas. * Becoming acutely more aware of universal truths and knowledge yet not being able to convey my thoughts articulately " on demand " (unless " allowed to " by the k). * Coming to an understanding of the ego and projections yet for the first time in my life unable to stop people projecting onto me. With my ego vulnerable and unable/unwilling to defend my position I have found these inaccurate perceptions/projections (of what that individual imagines is the reality pertaining to myself) very often manifest themselves and become my reality after a couple of months. It has been a test I believe for my ego's social standing and position. To see if I would choose the retrograde step of allowing my ego to come to the fore and assert myself - rise above these projections with my own projection I guess. But no. I choose honesty - I am Glen Olah - that's who I am. Since my awakening began for the first time in my life I chose not to hide behind my own projection for the gratification of an unconditioned ego. * And on the same note – surrender – to give up my own ego driven persona (that my ego would have me believe will increase my life's enjoyment and potential) when in actuality the benefits are exponentially amplified when surrender is chosen. There would be no choice if the choice wasn't so blurred by the grosser elements of ones ego. I believe many of life's decisions are in actuality obvious choices yet many make the wrong choice as a result of the ego blurring the line (anger, forgiveness etc.) – allowing those respective lessons to be absorbed. So yes, the ego is a wonderful multi-faceted tool to work with on this plane allowing us to the opportunity to progress in our spiritual path. The same as our physical bodies. They are both a blessing. There is lots more to be added to this list but this will do for a start. Love to you all, glen o.
