Hello, fellow K-ees! I'm back in hot, sunny and humid Phoenix, as of

last night after a grueling 10 hr. flight, lots of long lines,

security and customs (don't get me started on them!). Hard to leave

cool and rainy England/Wales. A big change from home. Would rather

have just stayed there, really.

I've missed hearing the conversations and will probably need at least

a week just to read all the messages I missed! LOL!

Would love to hear of anyone's " Fire the Grid " experience. I'll tell

you mine if you'll tell me your's (if you're interested).

K movements reduced on the trip, probably too distracted and not very

good in Tibetans or some of the practices though very good on others.

Still, it's back to the normal routine now so I'll see what happens.

I don't understand the Triad Alert thing. Could someone explain,

please?

Nice to read you all again. Hello to all the new members who've

joined since the first of July! A warm welcome to the Kundalini

family.

Hugs all around,

Valarie

Welcome back Valarie! Funny (or not) that I was just wondering about

you last night. Glad you're back!

Glad to have you back Valarie and glad you had a nive vacation. I

have had a very cloudy rainy July down here in Texas. Broke a record

for the wettest July here. I could use a little of that sunshine.

I am interested in hearing your " Fire the Grid " experience. I set my

clock to get up at 6 (that was my time to do it...not use to getting

up so early). I was concerned about the alarm distrubing others in

the house went I went to bed. I woke up twenty minutes till 6, so I

meditated for an hour and a half. I was aware the whole time and sent

lot of healing energy to Mother Earth. The time went very fast and I

was having such a good time I could have went even longer, but I

decide I better get some more sleep before everyone woke and started

the day. It was nice meditating so early in the morning, very quite

and peaceful. :) That was a bout it for me.

Looking forward to hearing about yours.

Love,

Linda
