Newbie!

 

Hi My Name is Scott,

 

I have received two good recommendations in two days. One to join the Dream

Catcher group and now to join your group. I am 49 and have had OBE's since I was

young along with pre-cog dreams that always come true. I meditate when I have

time and do yoga daily. I am very interested in what Kundalini-Awakening

-Systems is and does and how I should practice. Are there any good books or

references you can provide? There really seems to be a lot of love in this

group. Love is the light that chases away the darkness in all of us, so please

help me by shine a little light on my understanding of Kundalini.

 

In one particular OBE I had, I left my body and went through the ceiling and

into space. I came upon a hallway with clouds above and below. As I walked down

the hallway I came upon a smaller hallway to my right. The walls were covered

with writings and figures. I continued to walk down the smaller hallway until I

came into the light. It was so bright, so warm so loving. There I found

knowledge and peace. But I wasn't allowed to stay. I fell slowly back into my

body. It was the greatest feeling in my life. Total love and peace and

understanding. I have never feared death since then and my spirituality changed.

Many years later I met a wise man in a small temple on top of a mountain in

Northern Thailand up by the Burmese border. He asked me if I wanted his blessing

and I said yes. As I sat there he touched my head and he slipped into some type

of trance. When he came out he asked me if I had any questions for him. I told

him I took a trip once, where did I

go. Without ever meeting me before, he laughed and said you are asking about

your OBE. I said yes. I wanted to understand what the light was. Then he

surprised me and told me that it was my soul that I saw. I had been given a gift

from God and that was why my soul was so bright. He didn't know why I was given

this gift or how I should use it. He asked me if I remembered the shape of the

hallway where I saw the light and I said yes, but asked him if he could show me

what its shape was and he did. I was stunned! I had never told anyone about

that. He then told me that I had dreams of the future that came true and I said

yes. He told me not to be afraid to talk about it to people. I wasn't crazy if

the dreams came true and they alwys did. I was always fearful that others would

think I wasn't normal if I talked about things like that. Then we talked about

life, OBEs, dreams and many other things that affect my life. He told me how to

have more OBE's. But

since

that time I have never gone back to the light, just many other places. Can any

of you help me understand what this experience might have been or is there

anything in Kundalini that would help me get back to the light?

 

I look forward to any responses and I am excited about learning more about this

group.
