Guest guest
I pressed something on my PC and all of my slowly typed (two fingers) posting disappeared and I am typing this again, so if I ended up posting this twice as well as the last one, my apologies again. This may be slightly off topic, but I feel compelled to write it for those who may be interested in another take on things. I met a most remarkable man a few weeks ago; his name is Ruben Feldman Gonzales and he is spreading his message of 'Unitary Perception', which is essentially seeing, hearing and feeling everything at once without the interference of thought (i.e. being present). He was a close friend of Dr. David Bohm and J. Krishnamurti for about 10 years and is regarded by many as " enlightened " . Aside from that labelling, I found him to be so peaceful and relaxing to be around. Interestingly, he did not advocate the use of Kundalini as a means of change, deeming it to be too dangerous and powerful an energy to be playing around with, his methods being a safer path to the same end. I have to agree with him in this, in terms of those people who, perhaps, force a Kundalini awakening that they are not ready physically or otherwise for, or those that are unaware of what is happening to them and do not take the necessary precautions e.g. the 'Safeties'. He also put symptoms of bubbling, numbness, palpitations and headaches simply down to stress and said that to alleviate these symptoms, you should get more sleep and reduce stress in your life (perhaps the stress of your body realligning itself). While you could take this view, I think it is a little simplistic. Nevertheless, he was interesting and uplifting to see another's take on things, even if they do not wholly agree with your own worldview. He has a website called, I think, www.unitaryperception.org. Cheers, Tom...
