Guest guest
Juice drinks are good John E! Nice to read you again my friend. Yes John there are other formats. Sincere prayer and lots of it will activate the Kundalini. But perhaps you are asking about other formats besides the Kundalini. Shamanic Journeying. - Not something to do on your own but under the guidance of someone who knows the safe ways of learning how to walk between the worlds. This is another way. Spiritual based martial arts. I like aikido. Tai Chi which I believe you are familiar with is excellent as well as some deprevation experiences are some other ways. The shamans that I suggest have experience with the " serpent energy " as it is known. So they do work with the Kundalini and go out with it from that platform as well as the entheogenic approach. (New word be advised lol) Kundalini is a necessary place to work from as it has an effect upon the little (i) the ego self and this is a " must " when going into these areas. So there are other formats. I do not teach inside of them unless it is given that this is needed. I stick to the safeties and helping people live and flourish inside a light but steady infusion process. So there is that. In regards to the tough times. I can see certain things and or events that will be happening to a person inside of the K or potential Kundalini experience long before they occur. Another gift from having it. I foresaw your situation long before it occurred and it is this that I was speaking to without saying anything to stop you from experiencing it. Sometimes this path will change our lives in very intimate ways and this I feel was part of what needed to occur with you. But not through any incursion from me. Your choices and your actions based upon those choices are to be honored. And they have been. The rough ride needed to be rode and now it has been and you can continue yes? It will be necessary for you to come back into a full daily practice of the safeties. Participate in the Autumnal Shaktipat and get back on this track if that is your wish. The other platform interest I cannot comment on as it hasn't been mentioned by you as of yet. - blessings my friend - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks for the response, Chrism. I'll have to think about the last paragraph (re the shaktipat and the practices). In one way or another, I seem to be treading on three paths at the same time, but with only two feet it's a little like playing Twister. They probably all lead to the same place, and they certainly have practices in common (lots of meditation, gradual loss of self-importance, recapitulation, forgiveness, gratitude). But I don't know to what extent the paths should be regarded as complementary or exclusive of each other. I'm concerned about being impatient or inconstant when I look at another path. On the other hand, I feel very fortunate to have so many opportunities, and want to do everything I can to " take the hint " that life seems to be giving me. Speaking about taking hints, earlier I wrote several paragraphs about other paths and about my personal situation, but one touch of a wrong button on the keyboard wiped out the whole post. This has happened several times before on this list or writing to you, with such consistency that I've got to take it seriously -- I simply can't talk about myself here, for whatever reason. It doesn't happen anywhere else, but has been happening here for well over a year. Maybe I've already gone too far with this partial response; I haven't quite figured out where to draw the line. It's an exercise in restraint! That's one reason I go away for months without writing. It can't be about me, yet I don't feel qualified to guide others. Maybe some day. Thanks!!
