Guest guest
Thank you Betsy! I am willing to do what is needed for this process (and I am very young in it), but I have from the beginning had major concerns about my family. Having a toddler and husband, I love them and have a duty to them. I was in a very bad car accident a year and a half ago which left me with a lot of residual issues, many of which were spontaneously healed by the Kundalini during the March Shaktipat. I still have some problems left from the accident, am still only able to work part time and I am severely fatigued from all the " work " that is being done inside right now. Naturally, after reading your account I was concerned. Thus far, the Kundalini has been very generous with me and major " work " has been done on my " off hours " , for which I am very grateful. I wonder, have you tried out the Safeties that has provided to us here and if so has it made any difference in your experience as yet? Thank you for sharing your experiences with us. Many of us are at the beginnings of our journey and it helps to know what may lie ahead. Guest guest
Sarita: " Thus far, the Kundalini has been very generous with me and major " work " has been done on my " off hours " , for which I am very grateful. " thanks for sharing too Sarita. I can understand with your position in life how it would be difficult for you to do more. I've often thought of that, if this happens to younger people who have children, etc. That my experience started around menopause made sense, because it signifies the end of the child bearing years and your children are grown. It seems to be the perfect timing and space to allow moving into another life -- for me. Sarita: " I wonder, have you tried out the Safeties that Chrism has provided to us here and if so has it made any difference in your experience as yet? " As I understand this process, no techniques are needed and using them can slow things down. I fell into a period of around two months were I got side-tracked with using a technqiue. I finally saw it and dropped it, going back to basics: surrender to being. And then things progressed again, during the technique I was stagnating. Awakening is about surrendering the mind and any technique of necessity requires use of the mind. The only 'doing' one needs to do is surrender and then trust that your unfolding will take care of itself. This I learned early on and surrendered to the growing energy within. I was taught certain things I could do to amplify my body so that the moves were more easy to accomplish. An insight I had early on was the more energy the better. The amplification bascially charges all the meridians in the body, then one stands and the movements happen in the way they need to happen. (although this won't happen until full k. activation has happened). I was taught many things in the beginning mostly about how to surrender, how to amplify my energy and what positions of the body are the most effective to go through and in what order. Later when more of my body's nervous system was changed then I didn't need to go through the order of body postures, it happens by itself. I am growing into being, and today it's hard to tell that the kriyas are not myself, the blur between surrendering and doing melts into one. The order is very simple: standing, squat, sitting with legs out front, then lying on back. This sequence by itself maximizes the energy in the body and works the body parts in their nature order: legs, hips, tailbone, spinal column, neck then skull. One doesn't move in the postures, but rather one allows one's body to move. I understand that you ask, because you presume as most do that I am having a difficult experience. I would like to clear up this myth as well that circulates in the K. Circles... I am not having a difficult experience, I am having a challenging and rewarding experience. I am having a genuine experience. I am growing into being, I am excited about it and looking forward to see the result. Wanting to know drives me on. Guest guest
Hello Betsy. I am wondering where did you learn the " techniques " that you were taught in the beginning? , " betsy " <ystebanar wrote: > > As I understand this process, no techniques are needed > and using them can slow things down. > > I was taught many things in the beginning mostly about how to surrender, > how to amplify my energy and what positions of the > body are the most effective to go through and in what order. > > Betsy >

From intuition and from visions I received from dreams at the time. Betsy
