Hi Chrism

I am fine,still doing safeties,tibetans,chakra

breathing,triangulation breathing prayers and meditation,feeling

gratitude and trying to express inner joy.As far as experiencing

anything,I have nothing to report,as yet. I do sometimes wonder if I am

doing things right:when meditating, I find it difficult to shut out the

mind chatter, when praying I feel uncomfortable always asking for

something.As far as anger and intolerance, I have found that they are

more of a habit,and I can still express them, but i realise what I have

done and drop it straight away.Where as before I would let them fester

all day.

when I read the progress of other group members, I feel genuine

pleasure for them.I love to read their experiences,when they don't post

I hope they are ok, like Karen Pickering she was a prolific poster and

we have heard nothing for a while.I hope the wet sock saga didn't

escalate. lol.
