Guest guest
H3ello Rodney, If you have found one that resonates with you then do that but make a commitment to it. Meaning give it a real go. Dont give for lack of immendiate results. Sometimes when searching for a mantra you will recieve an intuition about one and to change it or alter it in a way that is working better for you so do not be afraid to do this. Just really give the mantra a chance to work by utilizing it. I used this one for many years and have found it to be a good one: I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am at one with the all that I am..... This is an interconnecting Mantra. You can also make it so that it is not interconnected as in: " I am at one with tthe all that I am, I am at one with the all that I am " and so forth. See what works for you. It can be used in conjucntion with the triangular breathing saying it on the intake three times, on the hold three times, and on the exhale through the other nostril three times. If your nostrils are sore or overstimulated purse your lips as if whistling and inhale sub voclalizing the mantra three times, hold for three sub vocalizations, then exhaling through the pursed lips slowly and to the sub vocalized mantra three times. - blessings to our friends in the UK! - chrism
