:advice on Nadi Sodhana and pingala purging

I Have been researching yoga methods for clearing the nadi's.So far the

only thing i'v really found is a practice known as nadi sodhana in

which you breath in the nostrils down to the base of spine then exhale

out the alternate nostril.

I'm wondering if there are any excercises you know of for cleansing the

right pingala nadi?as it is inhaling threw the right nostril and

holding breath tends to cause little spasms and jolts which could be

signs of clearing blockages prehapes?

 

 

Any advice would be cool
