Guest guest
Hello Ben, This form you describe will have the effect of a stimulation of the pathway. Sending an intentional flow of prana into the pathway. I would advise you to be balanced in its practice and to not allow your conscious mind to draw any conclusions as to the clearance or blockage of the nadis. Your assumption of blockage is incorrect and may be coming from fear. When you send a flow of prana down pathways that are so richly connected to the nervous system you will get jolts and tingles and similar sensations. This is not indicative of blockage. Why would you think so? Lol It is more of an experience of an unknown that is occurring and you are jumping to a fearful scenario because of its strangeness. Not an uncommon choice Ben no worries! Just be advised that the " you " asking this can best serve your process by experiencing the changes you are incurring by adopting a positive and joyful frame of reference for the phenomena that will be felt. Even if it is painful. The body is built for Kundalini. The " mind " is the child in the cockpit of the F-18 fighter jet. So be careful about what you think and why you are thinking it. - blessings Ben - chrism
Guest guest
Interesting I wasn't really affraid.I been experiencing jolts for decades i just in term associated it with a area thats coming on line because after i experience it I can more easily move my awareness threw the area.I can feel my left and right nadi's do to a lot of energy work, mantak chia/NEW and pranayama i just feel the energy body isn't completly clear,I was asking if there is a practice other then nodi sodhana that can be used to clear out the nadi's? were you saying that the nadi's are already prepared for kundalini and don't need to be cleaned?inwhich case how do you concioussly ascend kundalini? , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Hello Ben, > This form you describe will have the effect of a > stimulation of the pathway.
