Guest guest
Guys, I was dragging a box across the floor to get it out of my way so that I could arrange the furniture and I accidently ran the box into my foot hitting right between the baby toe and the toe next to it. I heard/felt several crackle sounds and then sharp pain shot through my foot and up my leg. I got the courage to look down to find my baby toe pointing toward the outside of my foot! I pushed it back toward the rest of my toes, but it seems to want to move a bit outward and is slightly raised and somewhat swollen. I believe it might be out of joint, possibly broken, I don't know! Smiles! I had fallen and bent it forward more than it should have gone yesterday and it was bruised from that and I believe I sort of helped it finish what I had started when I slammed the box into it tonight! I guess I will be calling the doc's in the morning for an appointment to see if it is out of joint. If it is, I hope they can put it back! If it is broken, I guess I just have to deal with it until it heals, but I hope they can do something so that it doesn't want to point out instead of up. Just wanted to share! Love, Katherine

Guest guest
Katherine! You might want to consider wearing shoes appropriate for those kinds of activities. Poor little toe! Hugs. Guest guest
Yes, we moved! We live in military housing which is off base. The housing is privatized, which means that it is primarily for military, but is run by a private company instead of the military. However, the government still plays a part in it i.e. if we have problems and placement. The gov still oversees everything to make sure we are being taken care of. We were living in an old house that was built in the 1950's or 60's and they are working on tearing them down so we had to move to the new housing. We actually have a house, not apartment! They are really nice though! We usually buy our house as an investment while we are in a place, but the cost of living here is OUTRAGEOUS! Taxes out the yang-yang! We don't want to pay such high taxes and insurance so we are renting military housing. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining, family, and kitchen. I wish there was a little more storage though. Does anyone know how to cleanse a house or bless a house? Love, Katherine Sarita <sarita1969 Thursday, August 2, 2007 11:56:03 PM Re: Crazy, Crazy Me! Guest guest
Thanks Tara, I believe it is out of joint! It feels like it is! If it didn't feel out of joint I wouldn't go. I have hurt my toes before and this is so different, you know?! Plus it was pointing out to the side of my foot! It reminded me of the letter 'L', my baby toe was the bottom line of the 'L'! looked funny, but sickening at the same time. Hee, hee! Sounds funny too! Thanks darling. Love, Katherine tara jacoby <tjmassage7777 Thursday, August 2, 2007 11:56:37 PM Re: Crazy, Crazy Me! Katherine, I'm so sorry about your toe, hun. I sprained my toe once as a teen, and the advice I was given was to tape it to the toe next to it, as a sort of splint. I would however, agree that it's better for you to get it checked out first, by the doctor. Oh, you poor thing. I know it's painful. Blessings and quick healing to you. Guest guest
I hope it does too! Right now the toe itself doesn't hurt, just the joint of that toe and the toe next to it. It will be fine, I just need it back where it belongs! Don't you think! Hee, hee! Love, Katherine Linda <crazycats711 Friday, August 3, 2007 12:02:52 AM Re: Crazy, Crazy Me! Guest guest
Thank you Jen! I am like you, my baby toe has been through some very rough times! My baby toe and my big toe! I used to stump my big toe all the time when I was growing up! It seemed like when it would heal and I grew my toe nail back, I would do it again. I am surprized that I even have a toe nail on my big toe! Hee, hee! Anyway, thanks again! Love Ya! Katherine Jen <jenls505 Friday, August 3, 2007 8:47:36 AM Re: Crazy, Crazy Me! Guest guest
When I lived in Texas I bought and restored 3 Victorian homes in a historic district. Obviously many people had resided in each house. I would go in, usually at night (probably just my preference) and move from room to room sensing the energy in each. I would find sort of dark clouds of energy, sometimes, often up in a corner of the room. So I kind of knew what the place felt like before I blessed it. I would use burning sage (I was with the Lakota then, lol, but still use it) and go from room to room only asking the the energy of the house become balanced and positive and that anything lurking there that was not that please move to somewhere else or transform.itself to neutral or positive. I know some will just go into a home and try to get rid of anything there, but, as I loved the look and age of the houses I also loved feeling of the many positive things that might have happened there. These homes had character and I did not want to disturb that. after that was done, it was like living in the light and laughter of all who had been there. Only once was I not able to totally transform the energy of a home (one I lived in 20 years) and this cloud (which did not transform into positive or neutral energy exactly) sort of mumbled and grumbled up in a corner of a room but did no more than that so we had a sort of truce. It was funny to me. Like a livig with a grumpy old dog who was just there but did not cause much of a problem. Good luck and I hope you have fun in your new home. Sherri PS-I bought homes no one else would (they felt bad) and sold them very soon after they were done and taught a Realtor friend how to do the same thing and her profits rose considerably!
