Another Migraine and a dream

I had another migraine yesterday. Again, during the worst parts I

was " excused " . I have figured out a way to know if it is a K

migraine or a regular one too. When I get a migraine my hands are

freezing cold before and during, when I get the K migraine my hands

are often pretty hot along with the rest of me. It felt as though my

head was trying to split directly in half, pushing out to the left

and the right. This headache did not last nearly as long as the last

one, so maybe I am making progress with the flow of energy.

 

I had a freaky dream, that I feel was K related somehow. In the

dream I was smoking cigarette after cigarette. (not uncommon for me

to smoke in dreams and taste it even though I quit 9 years ago) Then

I didn't have a cigarette but I " inhaled " by my fingers as though I

did and blew smoke out. I had the realization that although I no

longer had a cigarette that I could continue to blow smoke and this

brought me close to something that I cannot put into words. I then

decided to light another cigarette and instead of lighting the

lighter I poured lighter fluid on the cigarette and apparently my

hand. When I righted it and went to light the cigarette, I also lit

my left hand (I'm a leftie) on fire. The flames were blue and it

didn't hurt me. I felt a strange tingling, pulling sensation and

then realized my hand was in flame. I casually put it out and my

hand continued to tingle strongly for quite a while. After I woke

up, I still had the sensation.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated, as always.
