Guest guest
Chrism, As I sit here right now at work, feet flat on the floor, odd sensation. Feel as if my feet are sitting right underneath my shoulders. Hard to explain. Its as if there is no floor, and no feet! This has been happening on and off, where it feels as if parts of my body aren't really there, or are floating somewhere else. Guest guest
Sounds like an aspect of the " there but not there " phenomena. Body awareness can be altered. Have been able to see 360 degrees yet? -
Guest guest
Have I been able to see 360 degrees YET? LOL. Is that something that can happen? No, I haven't been doing that... Guest guest
You know, a few months ago I would have got a chuckle at the 360 thing and said " Not me! " , but after feeling tall and seeing things from the perspective of having grown 2 feet, I no longer think it is impossible that it might happen to me. I have not experienced this as yet, but I am curious as to how it manifests as well. Sarita , Leslie Smith <i_ama_lighthouse wrote: > > Have I been able to see 360 degrees YET? LOL. Guest guest
Chrism, I wanted to mention one other thing that is going on along with the 'neither here nor there' feeling. My bones seem loose. Meaning, that if I turn, my back cracks, my hips and other joints are cracking, or popping...my shoulders, my neck. I do not understand this really. It isn't a disturbing type of feeling. In fact, I've never been able to crack anything, nor would I ever go to a chiropracter because in my mind, i didn't want to be rolled out on a stretcher.. lol...these crackings feel good... Leslie oneSearch: Finally, mobile search that gives answers, not web links.
Guest guest
Hi Leslie! I believe that the Kundalini is readjusting your body and this is why you get the pops and cracks. I have been having a lot of that myself. I get a lot of spinal cracking and the past week it seems that my knees are being worked on as well. Guest guest
Thank you Sarita! That is good news then, and NOT that I'm getting old. lol Leslie Sarita <sarita1969 wrote: Hi Leslie! Guest guest
Yes Leslie, this is another good indication of your continuing infusion. Try as best you can to continue to pattern the energy by moving it in ways that are love based. Service or deep forgiveness, healing (as I have seen you doing) all these and more will help the signature build. I know you are doing these things Leslie, you are an example to others. -

Guest guest
I think that our Western life puts a fair bit of stress on the body, picking up tensions that lock up muscles - tightening SO SUBTLE that it isn't released through relaxation and stretching - then doing things that cramp our posture such as flopping into comfy lounge chairs, tensing our arms on computer keyboards, carrying heavy loads that lower and stoop our shoulders, perhaps getting too much of the 'good life' around the torso. Maybe the energy gets lost and frustrated as the rungs in the spinal ladder lose their symmetry, so kriyas are necessary - the pops and the cracks are a sign of the body's carpenters hammering away here and there, its electricians pushing and pulling wires and flicking switches, and so on. In my own case, I've certainly noticed an upward straightening of my back, an uncomfortable stretching of the neck and a squaring of the shoulders in recent weeks. But just my own experience. Love and best wishes to everyone - John R. ============================================== Sarita wrote in response to Leslie: Hi Leslie!
