Guest guest
I am cross posting this as I thought it might be of some interest here also (OBE Group). Since I missed connection with my dentist last Friday when my tooth started to " really " hurt, I was left with the weekend to examine the pain and related issues. I was almost to the point of enjoying the exercise of will when Sunday night came and everything took a turn for more pain. Pain is such an interesting thing. I was able to go deep inside myself with the hours of stimulation of my nerves. I certainly get a deeper appreciation for my body every time this happens. I also get many lucid dreams during these times that I have intense pain. This time was no exception. And interestingly enough the pain is not present in the lucid dreams until I get close to wakefulness. I have an appreciation of my body sending these messages to my brain. When I concentrate on the appreciation/gratitude my experience of the pain transmutes into something that is no longer unpleasant. There is joy and beauty in it. This to me is a wondrous express of Kundalini energy flowing. BlessU Sam
Guest guest
hi Sam, i know what you are speaking of, I too have had some interesting " Pain " experiences and know that pain is a catalist. I once was in so much pain when my toe nail (left big toe) had to be yanked out, it was like listening to a woman in labour hearing me scream. After this pain I came out renewed and much old energy had been moved due to the depth of the pain. It needed to be recognised and felt and released. thanks for sharing your wonderful experience with us all to learn from. you are always an inspiration, love and hugs Elektra x x x _________ Mail is the world's favourite email. Guest guest
Elektra, two other things of interest (at least to me). 1) I have found out that what I was experiencing that Sunday night was the death of my tooth. Puts it into another new perspective. 2) When I went to the dentist Monday morning and he told me I needed a root canal to remove the dead tissue, he wasn't too optimistic about getting a fast appointment with the oral surgeon (in another town). We called and someone had just canceled their appointment to let me get right in. I love it when it all works out just right. Pain is definitely a guide as well as feedback.
